Çember Civil Initiative Association (ÇemberDE) was founded in Eskişehir in 2023 by a group of women with experience in various fields of civil society.

Having been actively involved in various civil society organizations for over 10 years, both as a volunteer and a professional, the ÇemberDE team quickly took initiative and began its activities in the field to strengthen rights-based civil society movements following the February 6th earthquakes.

The work of the core team, which focuses particularly on women-centered humanitarian aid and empowerment activities, nurtured the association's establishment and contributed to the team's rapid growth and strengthening.
