A graduate of Kocaeli University's Chemistry Department, she has worked in the manufacturing sector for approximately 20 years. She began her career directly within production processes; today, as an ERP Project Manager, she combines technology, process management, and human-centered work. Thinking about how systems work, where they malfunction, and how they can be improved is a natural part of her profession.
Following the 1999 Marmara Earthquake, she participated in post-disaster volunteer work with various non-governmental organizations. The solidarity and volunteerism that began during that period have had a lasting impact on her life. Her firsthand experience of the effects of disasters and crises on women shaped her perspective on why women need each other and strong support networks, especially during difficult times.
As a mother of two and a single mom, she has long managed to balance work, motherhood, and volunteering within the same life. She believes in empowering women to have a say in their own lives, to reach out to each other when needed, and to strengthen solidarity not only in times of crisis but also in daily life.
Under the management of ÇemberDE, it contributes to strengthening humanitarian aid efforts, especially those focused on women, expanding solidarity networks, and ensuring that the support reaching women has a lasting, not just a temporary, impact.
